I went to spend some time with a friend and her two girls (age 4 & 6). When I walked in, the 6 year old wraps her arms around my waist and goes "Sara, you look small!" Definitely made my day! :flowerforyou:

I'm 5'5 and was 127.5 on Monday. I wear 5/6's and they fit really well at the beginning and then become baggy after a few hours. I have tried on some 3/4's and they fit, but are a little tight for my comfort level.

Going to the midnight showing with some ladies from work and then probably going again Saturday night or Sunday afternoon with the bestie :happy:

I gave up fast food and for a single person who lives alone it has been pretty difficult because it's...well, fast haha. But I'm trying to look at it like I'm helping my weightloss goal and a financial goal of saving money. Good luck to everyone :smile:

I do this too! Have done it all my life. The first time I eat pizza with people they always look at my like I'm the biggest weirdo they've ever met!

Tonight I'll do L1 D7 and I agree that it's difficult but manageable. I can't even finish the whole workout on BFBM! My cardio endurance is awful. Hopefully after 30DS, I'll be able to do it all.

Yes! That side plank is awful! Not really for my abs or thighs but my arms and wrist. Sometimes when I can't do it, I do another set of one of the other moves. I love this DVD though! I've only been doing it for a week but can already feel my core getting stronger.
