I taken the pictures at my desk in the office with my phone, to track my evolution. I never liked photographs, maybe because I wasn't pleased with my looks, that's why I don't smile at the camera. (but I'm a happy person) :smile:

Now my pants are way too big for me. I have a lot more energy during the day. The drawback: I no longer can watch TV or play PS3 games at nights because I'm too sleepy (I wake up at 5 AM to go to the gym). I'm far more confident.

My real name is Rafael. And my nickname came from the simpsons character Ralph Wiggum because in latin america the character's name is Rafa Gorgori, and my university friends started calling me Rafa Gorgori and I like it. Due to some internet not written rules, I change the 'o' for '0'

For me, is simple. I need to be the best possible role model for my daughter (4 years old). I encourage her to dance and swim and do outdoor games....exactly what I didn't do in the recent past. If my daughter sees me as a healthy guy, she'll probably be the same way. PS: As usual, forgive my bad written english.
