Hi Team Yellow! My name is Amy. I am 32 years old. had a rough 2 years with breast cancer treatment that made me gain weight because of steroids and chemo putting me into menopause. Finally no more menopause and all treatment is done. I hope to get my body back. SW: 190 5/1/12 GW 184 5/31/12

I know you burn more on eliptical but it is fun to have a different challenge and spice it up, it helps the motivaton to stay healthy!!

they are digital scales. i usually take the average.. mine i have at home is brand new the one at gym is old so i will go by mine. Thanks for input.

I put positive quotes and pictures of fit people on my fridge to remind me of what my goal is. It really helps me not to overeat sometimes.
