Embrace things like your dark green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds, legumes etc. Is there anything you can't eat? I get mine mainly from legumes, nuts and seeds, dark green leafys like silverbeet, spinach, rocket, kale etc along with avo, olives and most other veggies and wholegrains.

Nuts and seeds, dark green leafys like kale, silverbeet, spinach and broccoli, rocket, Brussel sprouts, legumes and other veggies like peas, green beans, mushrooms, eggplant, capsicums, sweet potato etc etc. Endless food. :) Herbs and spices are actually great for iron too also like turmeric, parsley, basil etc.

I eat most, dont really restrict anything except for refined carbs like white bread etc. I make sure the majority of my carbs are whole grain /low GI. I love cauli especially roasted or mixed into a curry.

All my veggies were in my lunch and dinner... Had a salad today for lunch consisting of spinach leaves, red capsicum, onion, olives, parsley, lemon juice, chickpeas, and bean sprouts. Usually porridge with cinnamon, stevia and soy, almond, coconut or rice milk OR coconut yoghurt with mixed berries, quinoa or amaranth puffs and chia seeds or hemp seeds. Sometimes I'll have avocado and mushroom on toast or with vegemite or peanut butter. Ive started incorporating fruit and green smoothies also.
