I've had a banana, orange bell pepper with Hummus and peppers, onions& mushrooms on a veggie burger for dinner...2

An apple and baked potato with lunch. Another apple and fried bell peppers with supper. The apple are getting soft and easily bruised so that's why I'm eating 2 a day. One left!1

Ate salad for lunch, the usual stuff except crispy fried onions instead of raw onions and some cucumber now that it doesn't cost $3 a piece. Pan fried the last apple with cinnamon sugar mix in margarine and used it as a topping on a crepe.1

You've inspired me to pan fry my first apple... with any luck it'll taste like apple crisp...think I'll add some walnut or pecan pieces to the mix as well.1 -

I based mine off this recipe - http://www.thefreshmarket.com/recipes/details/pan-fried-apple-slices/#.V7jhjvkrKM8 . I used 11 g sugar, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, 10 g margarine, and a single Gala apple. Turned out pretty good and was more than I expected. I poured it over a folded, pre-made crepe.0 -

Banana, Pumpkin, Plantain, Butternut, Mixed Fruit Cup (Grape, Pineapple, Peaches, Pears), Corn, Eggplant1 -
This is a great thread cause in my head I did great, but reality is different. I had celery, onion and microgreens as part of lunch, and a huge amount of spinach and some mango with dinner.
I think if I eat dessert it should be a fruit instead of my diet ice cream bar. Drat.0 -
I have my breakfast and lunch all packed for today: banana with my muffin as breakfast. Top round roast beef sandwich with fresh spinach; a little salad of yellow pepper and cucumber. Two Turkish figs (yay!!) for dessert. I plan a serving of gazpacho as part of a small dinner tonight.0

Yesterday had a typical day
A couple of apriums, handful of carrots, couple of cups of watermelon, cup of broccoli, kale and cabbage salad (Taylor Baja), Ceasar salad.....0 -
All my veggies were in my lunch and dinner...
Had a salad today for lunch consisting of spinach leaves, red capsicum, onion, olives, parsley, lemon juice, chickpeas, and bean sprouts.
For dinner had cacciatore (sp?) on low carb spiral pasta consisting of kale, eggplant, cauliflower, yellow capsicum, mushroom, carrot and onion.
Had 4 strawberries with pecans for afternoon tea lol...... (i also had a bit of dark choc with a cup of tea, bugger! hahah)0 -
Lunch - red raspberries, Craisins, golden raisins, a banana
Supper - bell peppers and zucchini kebabs0 -
Pan fried the bell peppers and zucchini in some oil. So much better than the kebabs, but that's because I didn't cook them long enough. With a pan, I can see how brown the veggies are getting. In an oven, they just dry out a little. Having a banana/raspberry/Cool Whip crepe with chocolate syrup drizzled on top with supper.0

For breakfast I had a bowl of muesli with a sliced banana. Lunch was a whole carton of New Covent Garden pea & creme fraiche soup which has one serving of vegetables per half carton, plus an apple and a peach. Dinner was just pizza with two pre-packaged salad bowls. So all in all, not too bad.0

I ate plenty of cantaloupe. At dinner I'm waffling between green beans or a salad.0

Ate spinach, orange pepper, grape tomatoes, green beans at breakie. Ate zucchini, and mixed salad greens with red pepper, cukes, tomatoes at lunch. Feel I'm doing better with the veggies today.0

Raspberries (with greek yogurt) as a snack.
Dinner will include a lot of broccoli.

Its only 10am so ive only had breakfast but ive eaten sweet potatoes, zucchini and spinach already with egg wgites and soy chorizo. No fruit yet. But i will today.0

Yes. Today I had bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and leeks and some salad. No fruit though, not a big fan of fruit in general. Prefer savoury foods. But will be having strawberries tomorrow.0
