I find it MUCH easier working at home, away from popping to sandwich shops, or the treats colleague bring in....at home, I have a lovely couple of poached eggs, or some noodles.....if I am having a hungry days, beans on toast..... if I get the 'hungries', have a black coffee and a few mini meringue shell...and leap about…

constipated may be the key here, not drinking as much and poorly, I got some sachet powder things from the chemist for constipation that gentle hydrates the bowel or something like that,,,got things back on track for me... hormones/water retention all can cause increase... hope you feel better soon

Galaxy ripple 176 cals nestle Aero 156 ish cals kit kat 109 I try and aim to have one of the above in bed with a cup of tea each eve...tonight I don't have enough cals and don't feel up to leaping around now to earn it......so no choc for me!!!!!

Hello Flumpy!!! I think that the only way to be sure is with a heart rate monitor.....xx But for example on the wii, that knows weight heart etc....but I am always a bit cautious and don;t eat all the extra calories just in case..

Pitta as I said above, smooth on some tomato puree, (Mix in some Garlic....) is pretty low, peppers, red onions, chicken or bacon/ even splurge your calories of a bit of pepperoni! YUM! g
