JFT Feb 3 - brought lunch and drank more water although not nearly enough to say my goal was met. Also had a pretty terrible day calorie wise. Just for today: Feb 4 Stay within nutritional and calorie goals and follow my plan exactly.

February 2nd JFT :) - Worked out for 35 minutes even though I really really didn't feel like it. Just for Today, February 3rd: -Pack my lunch -Drink more WATER

They were so easy...but took a long time in the oven. I just used some Mrs. Dash spices and coconut oil and let them roast in the over for 45 minutes!

Love this! I'm going to take one goal each day and make it happen. Just for Today, Feb 1st Healthy snacking..Superbowl Sunday. (I made cauliflower bites and homemade baked potato chips with coconut oil) Monday, Fed 2nd Workout...no matter what.

Thanks for the post. I think after I've cut out the major culprits I will look into grass feed and more organic foods. For now I just need to make due with what I already have...frozen chicken anyone? I am excited to hear about your success! Great job and thanks for the post.

I agree. I was shocked when I had so many notifications and found that some posts weren't helping the cause. Obviously what works for one person may not work for another but I have to try this to find out. I did say "all advice welcome" so I think I welcomed criticism too.

While I've really enjoyed all of the back and forth I don't really think it's helpful for what I want to do (and maybe what some of the supporting posters want).
