So i got some bad news . I tore my ACL and PCL and its a mild tear but i dont knwo my treatment options till next week. I dont know what i will do. I have not exercised for about 2 months and it seems like I will not be able to in the next few months. I am so angry!!!!:explode: :mad:

just do upperbody exercises. I hurt my knee a month ago and I walk. Walking doesnt hurt. I used to run about 5miles a day and I had to cut that out. now i do upperbody exercises and about 3 miles walking

thanks everyone.... i just doubled the cals for the pancakes. I just felt like the serving was huge... maybe since i am measuring things more careful now.. restaurant portions seem a lot bigger

2l of water could b adding 2 ur weight. Weigh in in the morning after u pee. But 2nd week usually proves a lower weight loss because 1st week u drop water weight. Just wait a week or 2 and if nothing switch up ir cals

you could also try oatmeal and get sugar free Hershey syrup . get some frozen fruit (like strawberries or blueberries...yum) and snack on that
