FML i tore my ACL and PCL

So i got some bad news . I tore my ACL and PCL and its a mild tear but i dont knwo my treatment options till next week. I dont know what i will do. I have not exercised for about 2 months and it seems like I will not be able to in the next few months. I am so angry!!!!:explode: :mad:

Try swimming and doing upper body workouts in the meantime....Before you know it you will ready to go again!:happy:0

I understand completely! I lost 25 pounds last year and then in November I tore my meniscus. I couldn't do cardio from November to late March and I gained back 10 pounds. I did upper body weights during this time, but obviously didn't watch my calories. It's been really hard to get back on track, but today is Day One for me!. Hang in there, I know how you feel. Focus on what you can do and be good to yourself.0
