I'm definitely a weekend binge eater. I went nuts yesterday and feeling guilty for it. But today is a new day, right? I'm telling myself to take it one day at a time. I've been on this site for a while now, but haven't lost a lot. Need to figure out a better way to stay on track!

I like to mix it up with a bit of everything! Long distance running, spin, classes at the gym, weight lifting, the stairmill and of course.... ZUMBA! hehe

I would like to be down 8-10 pounds, but it will take huge dedication on my part. My weight has been stuck around 173-175 for about 4 weeks. Somethings gotta change!! Time to push myself harder! I'm on day 5 of 30 Day shred. When its done I think next I will try the Ultimate Shed and Shred by Jillian Michaels. I like her.…

Keep at it!! It just takes a few times and then you'll feel much more comfortable. I'm on my second round of the 30DS, on the 4th day of Level 3. Keep it up and you won't regret how you feel!
