Hot chocolate....there are so many different kinds. You can get sugar free for 25 calories or if you want a splurge there are flavors for roughly 140 calories like mint or raspberry. It's hot so it takes a while to consume. PERFECT!!!!

Just joined this group. I am purchasing P90X for myself for Christmas and plan to start as soon as I get it. I am scared because I always workout in a gym or with a group. I need all the support I can get. Any tips?

I always save calories for a snack at night. If I have a hard workout I will make a protein smoothie with protein powder, yogurt, milk, and some kind of fruit. Its like a shake. A proper kettlebell swing is a full body workout if done correctly. There are thousands of exercises you can do with kettlebells. My advise is if you are interested in using them, have a trainer show you some moves.

I do weigh myself every day....NOW. I have been losing weight for 15 months and now it's important for me to make sure I'm still on track. In the beginning...absolutley not! Once a week maybe twice, you will see the biggest change and be more encouraged to continue!!! Good luck!
