Ok, I've been doing my best these past few weeks but wish I could've been more active on here, work and family stress have me distracted but I have been chugging along! Like these goals! Good luck everyone!!!

I'm keeping up with everything except The Shred (which I've done before) but will do so on the weekend as I've had a lot on at work and and family issues. But I'm still trucking along. Hope everyone else is doing well?

I can't weigh-in till Wednesday or start the shred till Tuesday or Wednesday :-( But I've done the other challenges. I'll also do the Shred on my run days. Keep up the great work folks!

Ok Monday it's on! I also think we should stick with the shred for 30 day's; those of us who have done it many time before just mention when they sub in another workout and try and do it as many times in the 30 days? Push-up= DONE! Fruit= DONE! Water= working on this :-(

I'm finding it hard getting that much water, ugh, I will step it up! Everything else is fine. 30 Day shred from Monday so everyone can prep for it and we have our starting weights from our weigh in?

Yeah, it was great for toning all over especially around my middle and I lost a few pounds too but results were really in the inches.

Hey guise, I got my push-ups and fruit done but I'm sucking on the water. I also might start Turbo Fire, but was thinking of doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution next month, hmmmm.
