  • I am still here. I did not do 3 days of Insanity during week 3. I did not do Cardio Recovery but I did Boot Camp that night. I did not do Cardio Power & Resistance or Plyometric Cardio Circuit for Day 19 and 20. I have exams this week and with all the studying I was just exhausted. I also think I have injured my ankles…

  • I like the idea of cardio abs. I need to do more ab work. My legs are heavy to start with so by the time I get to the floor they feel like dead weight. It wasnt easy at all which I thought it would be.

  • I took my measurements yesterday and I am so proud of myself. I lost 1 inch from my chest, 1/2 inch from my waist and 1.5 inches from my left and right thigh. Yah!!!!   • Yah!!!! We did it. I pushed through and made it with minimal breaks (except for at the end). I was also able to increase my speed a little. The shoes I have are the Nike relentless 2. I got them from JCPenny. They are lightweight. I really like them so I wear them everywhere which is why I need another pair. Can anyone…
  • I found that I was able to keep up with Day 5 better also. I think, for me, it was knowing that I did not have to repeat the exercises and that all I had to do was push through and it would be over. I am sooooo excited for us we are one day from week one....REST DAY COMING SOON!!!
  • Day 4 was a break for me. It was still hard but I needed a break from all the moving around. I planned to go to Boot camp tonight at the church and I think that I will have a little energy to attempt it. We are on our way!
  • I could not do the traveling push ups. I could not get my body to understand the form. I ended up taking my break while they did those. We will get there. :smile:

  • Day 3...Ugh! I could not do those tricep dips either. And I also had to do the knee version of the push ups. My goal right now is to just get to the point where I can do the whole set and then I will worry about increasing speed. I have to remember not to compete with the people on the video because they are in much better…

  • My thought was ...What the hell is wrong with these people!?! Insanity was a great name to give this program. I think I died several times. During the basketball drills my body gave up and I was laying on the carpet watching the fan go around. But I am insane because I love it and look forward to getting better at each.…
