Thanks everyone much appreciated! I have been eating 1500-1600 but am binging due to high levels of exercise (I burn between 300-900) calories a day so am going to trial eatin 2000 calories a day!

Oh and so far in the past two years I have lost 12ish KGs but I know I could be better with my nutrition in terms of eating more daily instead of binging because of lack of food!

I often run in my break and i feel the more often i do it the better i am at being in a routine with it, i run for 30 mins then spend the other 30 wiping, changing sprayng perfume and eating my lunch, if anyone says anything they are only jealous that they arent doing it :) the best thing is at 5pm you can head home and…

Now I eat between 1800-2100 but burn approx 1000 a day so usually net around 1400.. havnt been gaining but only a few hundred grams here and there but I feel quite heavy all the time

I love porridge (oats) I eat it all the time for breakfast.. sometimes in the weekends Ill have it twice a day. Quite often I have it as "dessert" at around 8pm its never done me any harm.. if anyhting I think it gets me through my 6.00am workout eating something good at night.

Nice ideas do you have any meat in the salad? I know that some deli meats can be processed, I was eating Subway salads but have been told the meats are very processed!

Ok cool yes i was thinking instead of trying to wait out the hunger until dinner time not worrying and having an apple, banana, yoghurt etc to bridge the gap.. that wasy i win by having something healthy and under 150 calories! Right?

Totally agree if your like me and only go out once a week or less I like to enjoy what im having and not worry if i am over by 2-300 cals :)

Ok great, I just wanted to make sure it wasnt going to be too much simple carbs in one day however i usualy have two work outs per day so proabably need more carbs :)

No i havnt experimented much with eggs, but should I wouldnt mind taking hard bolied eggs for morning/ afternoon teas
