I usually add both oatmeal and protien powder to my smoothies. Did you buy whey or soy (or something else)? The taste can totally be dependant on the brand / type you bought. I prefer isolate to concentrate and find spending a few extra dollars can really help in getting one that tastes and mixes well :)

Hi there! I also have PCOS and I've found the ONLY way to keep the weight off has been a low carb diet. I also combine intermittent fasting with the low carb diet. It can be tough but it's definitely worth it!

If you're fasting 3 days a week I would not recommend eating 1200 cals the other 4 days. 4800 cals a week just simply isn't enough and you'll end up sabotaging your own weightloss. Hi there! I do 18:6 + 5:2 or 4:3. So I only eat between 1pm-7pm on non-fast days, and then I fast 2-3 days a week for 24 hours. I am attrociously lazy and hate strength training too. That being said, I just do squats/push-ups/sit ups/lunges during commercial breaks when I'm watching TV. Even a little bit makes a difference!

I'm 5'2 but I'll join :) I'm currenting 123, goal weight of 105. But pretty much my main goal is just slimming and toning my legs and arms. I have a super petite waistline but am VERY bottom heavy haha.

Tuna or chicken stir fry with TONS of veggies and possibly even egg noodles? Or a turkey chilli? When I'm lazy and hungry I just make ground chicken, add some taco mix, add veggies and top in a bowl with low fat sour cream. I would just mainly eat lean proteins and tons of veggies.

I'm almost always in the office so its catered dinners for me. Oh god, the creamy pasta dishes! My work also loves Panera which can be deceivingly bad for you :(
