iv been reading that to loose a lb u need to use up 3500 calories so if u fast for 3 days a week that should guarentee weightloss on 1200 calories on the other days with little excercise apart from walking. hmm whats people opinions am i right or wrong

    If you're fasting 3 days a week I would not recommend eating 1200 cals the other 4 days. 4800 cals a week just simply isn't enough and you'll end up sabotaging your own weightloss. Your average calories should be 1200 a day at MINIMUM. So if you're fasting 3 days a week it means you should eat AT LEAST 2100 calories on your non-fast days.

    ahh oki im no good with the numbers at all taking me ages work it out. i find fasting helpful with my ibs too
