  • My upper arms are big also and It seems to be the last place the weight is coming off! I found that when I did 30DS they definitely shrunk! Before 30DS they were all squishy when you feel them and now you can feel muscle :D Have fun!

  • I'm not dreading as much as I did last year. I took a month off dieting last Christmas because I was on holiday. Completely stuffed my face for 4 weeks straight and only gained 2kg (4.4lbs) then lost it all within a week of dieting again. I'll just make sure I don't eat too much and try and keep exercising!

  • I live on Quorn products as meat replacements. I LOVE IT! You can make pretty much any normal meat meal and just put Quorn substitute in. My partner eats meat and he loves it too.

  • lol I used to do that. Some people are insane! They would be running at full speed with incline on max! Made me feel very unfit! Then I got paranoid that people would be looking at mine thinking I wasn't working very hard lol.
  • I do! Every time I look in the mirror I see myself about 20kg(44lbs) heavier than I am! For some reason I find that If i take a photo of myself I can see the difference but the mirror plays tricks with my mind! Sometimes I have to go back and look at my before photos to realise how much weight I have lost.

  • I always wear shoes when doing workout DVDs at home. I have tiles and I find that I have problems with my shins and feet if I don't wear them.
  • Have you heard of Quorn? I think they sell it in US. I love the stuff it tastes great and I believe that most of it is soy free. Not sure what products they sell there as it is different in each country.

  • I find that I have to wear shoes or my feet and shins get really sore. My house is tiled and I don't use a mat. It might be ok on carpet!
  • I absolutely love pasta so I try and stay away from it because once I get started I can't stop :P It also tends to make me very bloated so that's another reason. As everyone else is saying as long as it is within your calorie limit then it's fine :)

  • I've tried to give up coffee so many times but I just can't do it! I love my coffee so much! I also use a natural sweetener called Xylitol which is also low calorie and works great in hot drinks.

  • I do the DVDs at home because I am too uncoordinated to do them in front of other people :P I find that it still gives me a great work out and I really enjoy them :)
  • I use www.zumbacalories.com to calculate how many calories burnt then just manually put them in!
