A can of chicken, wedge of laughing cow and spoonful of greek yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning and buffalo sauce make a really quick and filling veggie dip or wrap filling. I've also done quesadillas with it and my teenage son loves it.

I keep frozen banana slices dipped in dark chocolate in my freezer and just grab two or three little slices when I need something sweet. If you make them yourself you can add a little peanut butter drizzle or nuts. You can also get these premade in the ice cream section of your store. Three bite size pieces is 80 calories.

I have been so good with dry January, logging all my food and exercising daily when weighed myself today and hardly lost anything. It's a bit discouraging because I thought my first weigh in would be a few pounds (water weight and stuff). Oh well. I'm sticking with it.

Last night was a test but I'm hanging in there. Between the news and some bad news for a very good friend last night I really wanted a glass of wine but put some Sunwink in a pretty wine glass and had one dark chocolate truffle.

I make eggs and chicken breakfast sausage the night before and heat up at work in the morning for breakfast. I usually leave the eggs a little wet so they don't dry out when I microwave them the next day.

Thanks. I can deal with 5lbs. This was awful but the smaller pants size was the silver lining. I'd hate for it all to come back.

I normally try to make large batches of stuff on the weekends and freeze them. Then the night before I just pull the single serve out of the freezer.

I usually make a large salad on Monday and cook a large batch of something (soup, chili, stuffed peppers) for tuesday-Friday's lunches. Will do small portion of cooked food with a side salad.

Planning is key. Work full time and my son plays travel sports so I have to batch cook. I always keep my freezer stocked with portioned out soups, chili and shredded chicken. I use the crock pot a lot because it's so easy. Look for things you can freeze or cook double batches when you can. Eat one for dinner/lunches and…
