FYI: If you do the shake and eat...it will actually make you gain weight. The shake is not only for people that want to loose...also for people that want to gain! Thanks guys! I did forget this is the "healthy" way of loosing weight. In the past I saw 10 lbs in 3 days...doing the fab diets.....thats what I was looking for! Thanks for making me realize that. I have noticed my husband be alot nicer to me....maybe he notices inches Hmmmmmm! :o) Thanks again! xoxo
