  • i stopped posting and to no surprise to anyone, I gained weight. I really want to lose so I am willing to try new things, new friends, and will do my part to support. I am focused to lose a good amount in the month of March. Can I get a challenge!!!!

  • How is everyone doing with the pound a week. I did well in January. My wiehgt is moving up and down this past week or two but I am exercising more and drinking the water thanks to the daily challenges. My appetite is a problem lately too. I am not satisfied and I want sweets. But I am good about not indulging too much.

  • I am trying, the water really helps, I went to a luncheon and because I drank two full glasses of water before the meal, I was able to skip dessert without much distress. That was huge for me. The squats are also a challenge but I will try my best. Good luck to all!
  • I burned 216 cal in 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill for a total of 809. If it were not for the challenge I would not have done it, thanks to all of you for the motivation.
  • I burned 593 calories, I walked for one hour and my pace was primarily between 3.8 and 4.5. I feel wonderfully exhausted vibrant at the same time. It feels good that I don't have a heavy challenge for tomorrow. I did not loose a full pound this week but I did loose.
