This. I have caffeine free tea on hand. Right now its lemon ginger or green tea. I put some Splenda in it and drink it hot. Gives me a full feeling, plus with the splenda its sweet too. It helps with "I feel like I want to chew on something" feeling too. When I crave chocolate I usually give in and have a little.

^^This! I took it for about two weeks to quit smoking and it made me insane. Rapid thoughts/speech, insomnia, mood swings, easily angered or upset and the final straw I tried to kill myself. It took another two weeks to be completely normal again.

I feel the same way. My BMR according to the site 2223 and sedentary is 1739. Yet I know if I go much over 1500 I stop losing weight. Im totally taking advantage of my change/loss of appetite during the summer. I lost the first 4lbs w/out really paying attention. My appetite is reduced and I tend to crave fruits and vegetables anyway.
