@jrulo16 I've tried preplanning meals and I bring them then don't eat them. I think i'll probably one smoothing for breakfast and one for lunch and then a small dinner. I'm more liable to drink a smoothie than eating a meal.

Okay so I'm back again. My main issue is consistency. I've lost 20 pounds in the past but the moment I moved and stopped going to the gym it all came back. DON'T FOCUS SO MUCH ON YOUR FLAWS (WE ALL HAVE THEM) RATHER FOCUS ON YOUR POSITIVE THE FACT THAT YOU LOST 5250 CALORIES (1 AND 1/2 POUNDS). THAT IS A WONDERFUL ACCOMPLISHMENT THAT YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF.
