(however i can't seem to get rid of the belly flab and i am told cut the drinks and bad foods!!) And for me.. drinks and bad foods always seem to go hand and hand.
  • Add me! I am fairly new to the site myself and need some additional motivation. I do so good during the week with diet (or my attempt at dieting) and exercise and then when the weekend comes, i blow it!! I have found this site helpful, it is a real awakening to see how many calories you are acutally eating!! GOOD LUCK!!
