I walk almost every day 3 to 5 miles and do zumba on DVD if I don't get my walk in. Recently added in jogging- goal is to run a full mile in our neighborhood that includes a hill in under 12 mins. Proud of all of you!!!!!!! Who completed this challenge and logged in every day or every week . I completed about 25 days of the challenge and then life just got in the way of logging in.
