Unless you have health issues, I think most people ignore sugar intake. I worked on controlling my sugar intake to what MFP recommended and found it impossible. I eat 3 servings of fruit everyday and that alone put me over.

You cant lift heavy and lose weight. I've tried it. I started a heavy lifting program over the summer and gave it up early December. I was getting nowhere. I ran atleast 4 days a week. I dont understand the jumping and refuse to do them. for 58 minutes the workout is low/no impact. I dont understand why they would put in a high impact jump. I love body pump. Its a GREAT workout! I do it 2 or 3 times a week.

I've been at this for almost 2 years. Lost nearly 140 pounds and I recently adjust my goal weight up from 200 to 220 pounds. I've notice every pound I lose my skin gets saggier and saggier. Happens to me when I stop working out for a week or 2. I lost 10 pounds when I stopped for 2 weeks. I gained 4 or 5 pounds back when I started working out again.

I stopped for about 1 month because of injuries and breaking up with my girlfriend. It was great. I lost 10 pounds! and when I started again I kept loosing. I was plateaued for about 3 months. Dont worry about 3 weeks with no exercise. But still eat right!
