  • Good question, this is the HRM I have been looking at...interested to see other replies.
  • about 1,700 per eye
  • Mine was the intralase, all laser procdure, the most up-to-date procedure out there. As many said before, pick a reputable MD, don't go cheap.
  • I had Lasik in January and I LOVE it! My husband also had his done last Sep and he had the same awesome results that I did. Now we both see 20/15, I've never had vision this great in my life. The procedure itself is pretty quick, about 15 mins and you are done, it almost takes longer to wait for the numbing drops to work…
  • I love turbo jam! but it sounds like I really need to break down and purchase the most recent set, I only have the first set and truthfully I lost one of the DVD's so I mainly do cardio party 1, love it though. What am I missing...?
  • I know just what you mean... I did a lot of lifting in high school and college with my sports involvement, and developed large thigh muscles. After college the best thing I found to give a lean look is winsor pilates. I like the advanced body slimming video because it works your core and flexibility too. Pilates doesn't…
  • I do the same. My activity level is set to high because when I am at work I am very active, so I normally do not count housework on my days off, because it isn't any more strenous than being at work. However, there are a few instances when I go above and beyond at home, then I count part of it. I would just base it on what…
  • I have days like this too. When you feel like you just can't get full, and you only want carbs and sweets, but they just don't quite hit the spot. When I feel this way I try to eat veggies too. Green giant makes frozen veggies in low fat sauces that are really good and only about 30 cals per serving. They really fill you…
  • Muscle weighs more than fat. So as you build muscle, you gain muscle weight even though you are burning fat. So, at first it sometime doesn't show on the scale.
  • I would say that because as your BMI gets closer to 18, the lowest recommended healthy BMI, the site probably compensates to get you to your weight but keep you around a BMI of 18. I know you'd like to loose it faster, but it will probably be easier to keep it off and maintain your wt if you do it at a more gradual pace.…
  • Also, if it is more of a pain instead of a cramp, and it feels closer to the bone than in the muscle; it may be shin splints. Ice can help this. This unfortunately can take awhile to heal, but is easy to get when you first start out, or after a long break from exercise.
  • I also love David Cook. I think he's got what it take to go big in the rock world. I also like the other guys and Brooke White. Tough season, really is going to get hard to watch people go. Can't wait to see what they do each week.
  • I'm a big fan of DVD workouts during the winter. I have quite a collection: Pilates, Yoga, Tae Bo, Turbo Jam, etc. I switch it up all the time that way my muscles don't get used to any one workout. I really like 10 minute Solutions-Rapid Results Pilates. It contains 5 - ten minute segments-each targeting a different area…
