I have the Get Addicted boxing bag set (Amazon, $90ish for 6 dvd's) She uses the entire bag, and it's fun. It's investment i know, but they are specifically made for heavy bag use. But I also use my Illaria Powerstrike 5 and 6 on the heavy bag. And Susan Chung Rapid Fire 4. I also use Aerobox. 5. Hope that helps!

Just got mine over the weekend and am starting tomorrow. I did 2 pump workouts last week that were inline, and I LOVED them. Going to do Pump 3 days and Combat 3 days.

I love Illaria Powerstrike 5 and 6 and Susan Chung Rapid Fire 4 for the heavy bag. You have to do minimal modifications. I also love the ADDICTION set which is a 6 dvd set made just for the heavy bag. Hope that helps!!

I think that is mine too. A lot of Plyo. Some days i sub in different cardio in the 30 cedon segments. Especially when she does the 2 rounds of plyo squats...which look exactly the same to me... back to back. Snatch and grabs are my least fave of all the cardio moves.

And ps...for me...I still have soreness after certain dvd's. I am always sore after Bicep builder form all the push ups. And fusion lower body. my legs are always sore too.

I know they change depending on the location, but mine in Nor Cal had a lot of climbing and pulling yourself over stuff. It's not hardcore, so you will see plenty of people walking, walk/jogging and then running. But if I had to do it all over again, I would def work on my upper body strength more for climbing the walls…

I haven't done Insanity (But I do a lot of interval and cardio training.) I just got 6 week 6 pack last week and really like it. But I would definitely not use this as a replacement for cardio. I will tack it on to the end of a cardio workout. My heartrate barely got up. And I didn't remotely break a sweat.
