I love it. Well...let me rephrase it. It's killer when i am doing it, but i love that i am FINALLY seeing results. I have done it all. Heavy weights/low reps, low weights high reps, nothing had made anything budge in like 5 years (i'm 45 now) I just finished the 12 weeks and started again and I am on week 2. It's definitely more challenging than anything i have ever done, but it's only 3 times a week, for 28 minutes (4 rounds of 7 minutes.) Around week 9ish i really started seeing things change. My back rolls are FINALLY so much smaller. Saddlebags are disappearing. The other days of the week, I do whatever cardio I feel (kickboxing, dancing from Youtube, etc) There are TONS of people on Instagram (which is where i first found it and saw so many girls posting results.) I know there is a 2.0 and a 3.0. I will probably do this first 12 week rotation at least 3 times before I move on.0
