It depends on how hard you work out! One of my girls wear the calorie track - on a regular workout it goes anywhere from 250 to 375 calories for the 30 minutes. when you do the advanced workout or the curves smart you can go as high as 600 calories. I like the healthy life 100% whold wheat whole grain bread - it has 5 net carbs, 99% fat free and only 35 calories a slice and it taste good too!!!:smile:

It could be muscle weight. have you noticed your clothes fitting better? stick with this program !! eat at least 1/2 of your exercise calories- hang in there !!:wink:

Curves is great. but like any exercise you have to have the nutrition program to go with it. I lost 35 pounds there and one of the ladies has lost over 125 pounds and 82 inches. So it diffiently works well.:smooched: :heart:

If you work or run on concrete, then change your shoes every 3 hours or so. It changes your arches and relieved my pain !! good luck
