All I can say is I hope she stopped at the nearest drive-thru on the way home. That girl needed a cheeseburger bad. I love the idea of the Biggest Loser and the fact that they are changing so many people's lives but I think at the end they start to get more motivated by the big prize at the end (money) than the actual…

Can't imagine how I am going to do Level 2 first next week, this one was a killer for me. I looked like I just got out of the shower when I was done, wear a sweatband and the sweat was still dripping down me with those plank jacks. Whoah

Kinda disappointed in myself. I missed the Monday workout so now I am playing catch-up. Feel guilty about it as I was doing so well. Maybe a little intimidated about the double workouts coming up. anyway so I did the shred level 1 today and quick trouble zones, wasn't as bad as I thought but going to keep going and may…

Accomplished! Looking forward to rest tomorrow

I too dread this workout, for some reason circuits 3 and 6 kill me but I got through it and feel so accomplished. One more workout for the week, really can't wait for my rest day. Nice to know that everyone else struggles as much as I do. I certainly earned my happy hour beers today lol!

Done for me as well. Getting psyched for Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism know it is a killer but think I am ready.
-
I was feeling ambitious and did the whole thing today. I'm sure when we have to add 30 day shred, I will have to do the quick ones but for today, time permitted so I did it. Feeling good and maybe I'm crazy but feel my stomach going down a little.
-
I sure did but I got through it. Definitely feeling the burn today.
-
Feeling good, got up and did the Shred today. Anyone else dreading Level 2 tomorrow as much as I am? It's hard when you know what is coming. Feeling stronger already.
-
Wow, great definition how did you do it?
-
Yes, I am only on week one and already had to modify. I switched days and did Banish Fat on the 4th, planning on a rest day Saturday which I took and now I am about to do Shred and No More Trouble Zones tomorrow. Although, it is hard to follow a program strictly as sometimes life interrupts or time crunch but it is nice to…

All I can say is I am looking forward to going back to the shred tomorrow. I surrender, Jillian. Question, when you do the surrender do you start with the same leg for both sets? The girls in dvd did, wasn't sure if should switch legs or not. Thanks

Day 2 of Shred Level 1, feel great. Actually used 8 lbs on some of the moves which I am feeling already. Really like this rotation. I started to alternate between No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, but since I work out in the am sometimes those workouts are a little long for me and I did a cycle of 30…

OMG, I can so relate to you. I have always been overweight but pretty well proportioned like size 12 in high school, not really obese but when you have a twin sister who is 90 lbs. soaking wet, kinda weird. Anyway, a few years ago, I got into the zone and started to lose. Some personal things in my life probably motivated…

You have completely inspired me. I am 38, mother of two, 5'4" and started at 169, looking to lose about 30-35. Just finished up 30 day shred, lost about 4.5 lbs. Have been obsessing on mfp. Your results are exactly what I would like to be. Thanks for sharing

Don't know what came over me today but I did Level 3, Day 7 as well as Level 1. Feel great, can't believe how far I've come.
-
I am currently on Level 3, day 5 and I must say, I was the most sore on level one. Level two is just a whole other type of torture but now that I am on level 3, don't get me wrong I can't wait for it to be over but it seems much more bearable. Stck with it, this is my second go around and I am close to the finish line and…

Oooh, that sounds really good. Bet you could use chocolate graham crackers too!

How is it that no one has mentioned the lunges with bicep curls. They kill my thighs and just boost my heart rate. Of course, push ups are a challenge with the girls, have to modify but lunges suck

I for one am a working mother who doesn't always have time to cut up fresh produce and make myself a salad so these new salads are just what the doctor ordered. I am very impressed and pleased with the quality. Have been bringing them everyday for my lunch and find myself looking forward to lunch. I also love the fact that…

Well, I think you are taking a big first step by joining this group. Didn't mention how much you are looking to lose but I think the best thing is being aware of what you are doing. I have been on this journey many times and the first time I actually paid attention to what I was ingesting, I was shocked. Sounds like you…

Weight Watchers is a good program. Basically, it is like counting calories only every food has a point value, as least that's how it worked when I did it. I was in the at work program and it was nice to have to get weighed weekly by strangers, for some reason it made me feel more accoutable. Also, some of the meeting were…

First off, you put the DVD in, right? That is the first battle. Don't beat yourself up, it is a progression. I am on my second go around with 30 Day Shred and I have done many of Jillian's workouts and needless to say, I have a love/hate relationship with her. I am on day 6 of Level one and after day one, it hurt to sit on…

I find that Subway is a great alternative to fast food without blowing your diet. I love the double chicken chopped salad, they are amazing. Of coure, my favorite is meatball but that is a no-no. Buffalo chicken is also low and very good , I like the flatbreads.:flowerforyou:

You look like an entirely different person and your confidence truly shows. Congrats on all the hard work and dedication. I also have kids and know how hard it is to put yourself first and give yourself the time but it is worth it and makes your a better parent too.

You are very humorous. I too feel particularly gross after eating lots of gluten but for some reason keep going back for more (beer need I say more) I can feel my stomach bloating after I indulge and I know I am going to feel sick what can I say, I'm a glutton (gluten) for punishment, ha ha
