Honestly just go to diet. 0 calories for most of them.

Stay away from all trans fat and most saturated fats! Sadly cant spot reduce so diet hard be consistent and your body is already predetermined where fat loss will show first. But stick with it and the results will come!

Gets shaky from blood sugar levels dropping low. A lot of days I only eat 2 very large meals because of my schedule but I make sure to hit my macros for the day. That just works for me. I agree. As far as development of my chest goes it good. Really just trying to get my bench up because of powerlifting meets I get killed at bench press.

I do weighted dips every so often but it stresses my shoulder pretty bad. I will some overhead presses though.. I agree it is unusual. Its been a problem since the day I started lifting haha

For weight loss that's fine, if your eating in a deficit. For health purposes, probably not. Not getting adequate amounts of protein and fats.
