Taking a multi without food could upset your stomach more if it isn't a food based multi. Id avoid it.

If you go to a gym, just ask somebody else whos lifting. It happens to me almost everyday right now during busy season. Most wont mind, and love helping people!
-
I agree with you on that lol
-
That's a toughie. Assuming most of it came up yes I would eat something else to make up for it. That's just me.
-
haha you just gotta love it

Protein shakes, chicken, tuna my go to sources everyday. I eat roughly 250gs a day from those sources. and yes its 1g per pound of body weight.

Don't deprive yourself of food, long term its gonna suck.

Your body and brain need fat, of course good fats. Gotta get some in. Don't be scared. At the end of the day it comes down to calories in vs calories out.
-
I use gum, usually does the trick.
-
Chicken, tuna, turkey. Also need to get fats in for health and hormone reasons as well.

Drink water when your thirsty, that's your body telling you its time to hydrate. As far as weight loss. It might help a tad little bit, but nothing significant.
-
What do you mean protein shake diet?
-
Good luck! Great site with great help here!

lift weights

Definitely wouldn't go under 1200 calories period. if you burn 300 calories and under the 1200 mark eat enough food to keep you about it.
-
I wouldn't say a whole day. Usually 1 meal once a week. twice a week max. And usually consumed in an hour.
-
Good luck with achieving your goals!

It'll take time you just need a healthy relationship with food. When I diet down for shows, its probably the hardest time of my life. I even sniff pizza next thing you know I ate a 12inch to myself. Avoid temptations for a while. Only way I can get around it.
-
Good luck!
-
Usually once a week
-
That's definitely not a dumb question. Never be scared to ask!

I meal prep usually a week in advance except a couple a meals a day. Other wise my meals are already prepped and ready to go.
