Any recommendations for toning up my abs?

    lose body fat and they will show more...

    really you do not need to train abs that often ..

    You can do compound movements/heavy lifting and they will train your abs..

    or you can do weighted abs, weighted twists, side bends, etc….

    Of course, in this endeavor to lose weight, my abs will be the last place I lose it being as that is where all my fat likes to hang out. I am, however, being diligent with the weighted ab crunch machine and the weighted torso twist machines in hopes that when the belly fat finally does go away, there won't be any jelly rolls there. Only time will tell.

    Making small changes little by little the battle for a good body is at the gym and in the kitchen :smile: good luck!

    Btw I'm learning, that pic is after 4 months of a bit of gym and making better food choices. But now I'm on my way to achieve a nice healthy body that gives also a healthy mind.

    running doesn't give you abs. just sayin
