That's definitely not a dumb question. Never be scared to ask!

Yes its not healthy

I believe muscle milk was busted for spiking protein as well. Just because its "FDA" approved. Doesn't mean much in the supplement industry.
-
Just curious. Bikini or figure?
-

-
I prefer the term. Eating bro food ;)
-
Hey no problem!

I've had them all except the mint cookies and crème. Regular cookies and crème is probably my favorite.

I agree shipping from tigerfitness is high. But its a great product and the owner is my coach so I rep it haha. Read labels is the best way. A lot of them had to change there product because of lawsuits. If you have any in mind you can message me and I can find out for ya

Its strength and cardiovascular all in one. Find a respectable coach and learn the ropes. If you cant, honestly be cautious about doing it.
-
haha nah, no mental association. I just know my buddy.

A solid multi vitamin. As well as a creatine monohydrate product. Cheap and work really well. Other supps, probably don't need them. Except for maybe a whey protein powder.
-
Cross Fit is tough on the joints unless you have a really good coach. Which is 1/100

Dr. Oz is a joke

Sams club sells a Muscletech protein powder for $35.99 I think for a 5lb bag which isn't spiked. If you have one in your area. Its what I buy when I don't have the budget for MTS Nutrition protein.

I feel like complete crap when I eat pizza. Regardless how much I eat of it.
-
I LOVE PIZZA! srs!
-
I would up those calories a little bit. For health reasons of course
-
Be careful what protein your buying. Majority of the cheap ones are being amino spiked. So the amount of protein it says, its possible its much lower then that per serving. Just something to remember. You get what you pay for.

Only once a week. At first weight will drop pretty drastic id have to assume from clients I've had in the past and a few I just picked up. Being consistent is the key. There's so many variables you have to think about when you weigh yourself, so don't be discouraged if the scales doesn't say what you think it should be.…

Its beyond cold here in MI right now. Whats keeps me motivated? The fact that I don't ever want to go back to the way I used to be!
-
Push beyond the limits bro!
-
No problem! if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask
-
Still train your abs like you would any other body part
-
Right there with ya
-
That's what im saying man, if it works for you stick to it. Everybody's body is different, and responds differently.

Really no difference between fasted and non fasted if you look deep into studies. Soon as you eat your first meal anything that was used as fuel for that workout get replenished with the first meal. At the end of the day it comes down to whether or not in work for you and your schedule.
