Turn flat stomach into abs

I currently weight about 160 pounds, what type of workouts do I need to do everyday in order to turn my stomach into a beautiful 6 pack.

    Lean.

    Get lean.

    Low body fat percentage.

    I guarantee you already have beautiful abs - the perfect 6-pack you are looking for. They're just covered up, hidden under a layer of fat. Get that body fat percentage down, and you will expose your abs.

    Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

    Whilst it is true that you need to lose body fat to show abdominals you also need to train them like any other part of your body

    - push ups and compound lifts
