Shiratake white yam noodles ZERO calories with low sodium chicken broth and fresh veggies. About 80 calories. Shrimp!! and broccoli for dinner with one TBL Braggs (soy sauce). Or eggs...i love eggs. they are my go-to in a pinch. Lots of tea....all day hot tea with nothing in it.

I lost a pound a week faithfully at first. As I got within 15 pounds of my goal weight it went to about a half pound a week or sometimes showed as 1 or 2 pounds a month but all at once. Weird the body....

Be very careful, there are a lot of people in these forums that dispense unqualified information and can make it worse. A plateau is normal. Your body is readjusting. Re-calculate TDEE, the calories you need to maintain. Then set your goal to 500 calories less. You can do this with half exercise and half food and dont eat…

Interesting. 47% craver, 33% emotional and 20% feasted ( which I think is more stress related) IF/VLC/LCARB for me. Which is what I do and why I lost 40 pounds!! Lol.

Daily but I only record losses. Wide swings due to hormones or carbs can be frustrating.

For the past two years I have learned to stick with 5:2 friends who are the MOST supportive. The other boards are judgmental haters. If anyone needs additional support feel free. Lulu and I are friends already!

On those days I just go to bed early and wake up refreshed and feeling awesome!
