NEW TO THIS APP CURRENTLY DOING DAILY 20 HOUR INTERMITTENT FASTING WOULD LIKE SOME MOTIVATING FRIENDS TO ADD SEND REQUEST!

    20 hours, ballsy! I don't have that much self discipline... I have a 6 hour window, midday to 6pm. Always welcoming more friends with similar goals and programs :)

    Hi.. Just started IF with 20hr. Feed time is from 6:00pm-9:00pm. I do cardio before my feeding time.. So basically eat around 1600-1700 calories in one go.
    Im 6'1" and weigh around 232lbs.. Need to loose at least 45 lbs here!

    I've been doing IF for a couple of months without changing what I eat - I've lost nearly 30lbs doing nothing really :D

    I'm doing IF as well i eat between 12.30pm and 6.30pm sometimes i reduce the time depending on my work hours. This is easy as i never ate breakfast anyway i am just never hungry in the mornings, this along with MFP to make sure i stay with in my cal limit and am eating at a deficit of around 500cal after my excersise ive lost 20lbs still need to lose another 40lbs but well on the way.
