I live in a small town with a small gym, Nothing fancy. We have a ladies side that has older weight machines and cardio equipment and up to 15lb. dumb bells. Have been reading on the net and some say it is better to use the free weights instead of the machines. And weights are better than cardio. Would love any input.…
