No foods are bad. With chocolate I still keep 100g bars around. The only difference now Is that Instead of eating the whole full bar I only have four pieces at the most.

How much are you drinking at the moment? You could try to cut cold turkey, but it might be easier if you started to gradually replace it. If you drink 2L go down to 1.5L and carry on .

"Bad food" -you don't have to cut out anything, just keep under your calorie goal for the day and you're all good.
