  • I can totally identify. I have an addiction to carbs and my my main poison is tzatziki and lays chips (or chips in general). Perhaps you would it easier by removing the junk food in stages.   • I just have one more day of cardio tomorrow and then i am done week 1 (yay!!)

  • well today we were super busy at work - the hospital, where i work, is super full was patients right now (there are not enough place to put them) but on the whole i'm pretty good. when i weighed in this morning I found that i had lost 2lbs so that was excellent and how are you? i hope well.
