And multi-grain or whole-grain over regular bread! Don't want to forget the carbs! You don't want to be too low on your calories either, especially with that much activity!!

When possible and when you have the option, choose grilled chicken or fish over fried. Choose veggies/salad/fruit instead of fries :) Water over soda. Frozen yogurt over icecream. I am sure you will be just fine! You will be burning a ton just walking everywhere and doing all those activities all day long! Have a blast!! :)

Hottt for sure!

I would GO! My mantra is "If boss can leave, then so can I". I have a few reports and I know exactly what they are going to do when I leave :-) but hey, it's Friday for everyone! I hope you left already!

-The absolute most important thing is to drink LOTS of fluids. It helps with the supply and also melts the weight away (this is based on personal experience. I drank water all day every day and I wasn't forcing myself, I truly was thirsty all the time) -Continue to take your prenatal vitamin every day. -Eat protein,…

I have the FT7 purchased on Amazon for $75. When I was researching about FT4 and FT7, I noticed 3 differences (although there may be other differences). - FT7 tells you whether you are in fatburn or fitness mode. - FT7 stores more history. It stores the last 99 workouts when the FT4 stores 10. - FT7 allows you to upload…

When will you be moving to Philadelphia ;-)? I would love to train with you! :-)

Currently my favorites are chakrasana (wheel pose) that makes me feels strong(!) and eka pada rajakapotasana (LOL I just wanted to write that  I mean the pigeon pose) that gives me a very good stretch!! My least favorite right now is the sarvangasana (the shoulder stand) - for some reason I just cannot handle the…

I have heard this soooo many times too. I don't have an answer for you but totally empathize. I was 146lbs when I started, now down to about 131 lbs. I am barely 5ft 1in, so that is the high end of my BMI range. I still have a body fat % of 32% (according to some basic calculators) and a belly big enough to make me look…

Congratulations! You look absolutely fantastic!

Did workout 3 for the first time today and the moves were a bit awkward but overall it was a great workout. I don't what those are called (the planks moving on and off each elbow) were crazy!!! LOL hope this workout gets easier the next time.

for me thighs and booty were the first to go. my belly won't go anywhere!

I did take measurements when I started. But I have been a bit afraid to check again :-) I can tell my pants may be a little loose but not enough for me to think I have lost any inches. But I am definitely getting more flexible and am stronger, have more energy. I can totally see my biceps now and also my quads and it's…

Hello everyone. Great idea to have a check-in thread. I am in week 2 right now. I haven't lost any weight so far and was getting a bit disappointed (I know it's only the second week) and then I had my tiny little NSV. I took the stairs to my office on the 3rd floor after lunch. Usually I feel very winded but today, I felt…

OMG look at you!!! That's totally amazing! You are such an inspiration!

4.5 years ago, I had large twins (7.5lb and 6lb) - well large for my body because I am only 5ft 1in with a petite frame. I went from 135 to 200 lb when pregnant with them, and I did end up with diastasis recti. 1.5 years after my pregnancy I researched about this a lot. I measured at the time and had about 2-3…

I stayed the same weight last week. But I am not worried at all. Because I worked out all week, I must have gained muscle, hence lost fat in order to stay the same weight :-) I haven't done strength training or circuit training in a long time, so I am sure I had quite a bit of water retention too. I made a note to self to…

Wow congratulations! You look amazing! I did the 17 day diet too and lost a about 17lbs. That diet taught me how to eat clean and healthy. Now I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution to lose the last few and tone up! :) And she is helping me build endurance and teaching me how to exercise and to get in the habit of…
