I am very thrilled.. i know its not much, but its finally happening. Still cant do pull ups, .. well i can do 1 haha.. but i use the resistance bands. i am down almost 50 lbs. just thought i would share with the great people on MFP <3

    p90x (2 rounds), insanity (2 rounds), turbofire .. i only use resistance bands, no pull ups yet
