YES!!!!!! I teach a similiar class and I burn approx 550 cals an hour! It has toned my body as I lost my 45lbs!!! It's wonderful!!!!

I just take deep breathes occasionally while I am running and that seems to work. I also listen to music so I'm not even thinking about my breathing.

I am doing 30 Day Shred and love it! I feel like I have really done something and I run 12 miles a week and do Zumba 3 nights a week. I almost didn't do it today but I'm hooked.

I'm 5ft 6in and am I39 and wear a size 6. Maurices brand wear 3/4 and can fit into the 1/2 but they only had short so couldn't get them. I use to be 183 and wear a size 14.

I do the same workout as I would any other reg day. I run, do toning exercises and zumba.

Drink lots of water and exercise. Then you get to eat your exercise calories burned! Im on 1200 right now and if I do an hour of zumba that's another 500 calories. I def think it matters what calories you are eating. As you know, mfp tracks not only your calories but your fat, carbs, and protein. I eat all the time too but don't go over my calories. With working out you add calories to your day and believe me I am eating them up. You just have a high metabolism girl! You look great and it seems to me that you are doing a great job!
