Totally intervals! I do 2 minutes of jogging at 5.0 and then 1 minute sprint at 8.0 for 45 - 60 minutes 2 times a week. Make sure you log your exercises too so that you know how many extra calories you need to eat. Understanding that helped me push past a wall.
