With all that running and aerobics routine I am wondering if you are just gaining muscle (which weighs more than fat) and that's why it **appears** that you are not losing weight when indeed you are gaining muscle and losing fat.

People can put whatever they want in the log. I would make sure before you add someone to your diary you look at VERIFIED and see how many people agree with those numbers.

Eat a little more than you are used to. So if you eating 1200 calories per day normally increase it to 1600 for a few days! Then go back down to 1200. If you work out for 30 minutes per day, increase it to 40 for a few days! Drink more water!

Those surgeries involve a lot of risk. If you lost that much with simple lifestyle changes why not continue them and do this naturally? When you are as young as you are the weight will melt off if you keep up with it.

yeah that's pretty much exactly what I am looking for -- The chicken will last all week though? If I cook Sunday night, by Thursday or Friday everything will still be good to go?

Thanks for all the replies guys! I agree the foods do have a lot of salt and I should probably be eating better, but I figured going from fast food, soda, etc EVERY day to this would help a bit. Also I know the walking is not a huge burn, but to go from NO exercise to walking an hour a day 3x a week is something. I will…
