Help! The dreaded plateau

I'm stuck! what kinds of things do you do to bust through a plateau?

    Eat a little more than you are used to. So if you eating 1200 calories per day normally increase it to 1600 for a few days! Then go back down to 1200. If you work out for 30 minutes per day, increase it to 40 for a few days! Drink more water!

    I was stuck on a plateau too and then two weeks ago I started trying to run. Every other day I'm trying to run longer and it seems to be working. Running apparently is an excellent way to burn calories.
