My EAS protein shake has 17 grams of protein nd only 170 calories. I add frozen, no sugar added fruit or fresh fruit a few ice cubes and throw it in a blender after my workout in the am, and it keeps me going for a bit.

For me, I put down my fork in between bites and/or put the sandwich down between bites.

I tried walking, jogging my 2 miles in my sketcher shape ups and was miserable. Went back after two days of this to my older walking shoes.

I use bottled lemon juice daily on my sliced apples instead of salt. It is awesome. Now my entire family wants "lemon apples" for snacks

Most days I have my EAS brand protein shake that I turn into a smoothie by adding frozen fruit and two ice cubes and putting it in the blender. It is yummy and keeps me full until lunch.

I use the WII Fit Plus and I do the advance Aerobics. Love it! But, I am also walking 2 miles 6 days a week, starting to jogg some of that. I love my WII

My goal is to do 5 days a week at 15 minutes advance step, then walk my mile + before retiring to bed every morning ( i work midnights) I have been doing 10 minutes so I will "step" it up to 15!
