Hey! I totally feel you! It is def a challenge! I try to do my workout early in the morning. That way it is out of the way! You can do it! I gained seven pounds despite attempting to eat right and excercise, and now working on taking it off and them some! Its a challenge to say the least! Stick with it though!

Hey girl! I'm right there with ya! I'm starting up again too! My motivation is me. I deserve to be happy. I deserve to look in the mirror and not feel disgusted! I deserve to have the best body I can. I have to remeber that nothing tastes as good as thin feels and that this is my time. My motivation is a better me.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Especially when I cook all the meals I eat. I feel like I have eaten SOOOOO MUCH, almost to the point where I start second guessing myself and feeling guilty. But, I have logged everything, even if I slip up and have a pinch or bite of something while cooking! Good luck with your goals!

I try to measure every three weeks, so I will measure next week. And yes, I do have a HRM and I do every work out with it and only log what it tells me! Thank you all for your advice.
