My success story is still on-going and isn't as big of a tale as a lot of the others I've read. For the past 2 months it's been slowed down drastically since I had gotten out of control with eating and slipped with the exercise. I started on Nov 2, 2009, going to the gym 5 days a week. Tuesday and Thursday is aerobics, which I LOVE! Mon/Fri is a cirucit I do that my trainer showed me - cardio circuit. Wednesday is ab day with some cardio. However, since the beginning of May (after the school semester was over), I slipped and was only going 2-3 times a week (and eating HORRIBLE!). However, I am getting back on track now, before I undo everything I've worked so hard for!
My overall weight loss as of this past Sunday is only 11 lbs, but I've gained a LOT of muscle, since I pretty much had ZERO when I started. Overall, I've lost 13 3/4 inches:
1/8" in my neck
1 5/8" in my chest
6" in my waist (woohoo!)
1 3/4" in my hips
0 in my calves (grrrr)
1/4" in my biceps
1 3/4" in my thigh
2 1/4" in my abs/stomach area
Of course, these numbers would be higher if I really stuck to how I was supposed to eat and didn't cheat 2, sometimes 3 times a week!
I've just uploaded more pictures to my profile (with captions), to show the progress of my weight loss. Reading everyone else's stories has truly motivated me to get out of this rut I seem to have been stuck in for the past month and a half.

Well good for you in getting back on the program! And your inches lost are awesome! That's encouraging because I'm really finally getting into the exercise thing and the scale has not been moving, but I feel my entire body tightening up and have soreness here and there daily since working out. My muscles haven't had a burn in about 25 years - they are in shock! I hope they get scared and start burning off all that fat sitting all over them!0
