  • I have chicken most nights during the week and then on the weekend I will spoil myself with a steak! Another healthy option instead of chicken is duck and turkey!! ;)

  • You need to refocus write down why you want to lose weight and read every morning. Preplan your meals the night before using the diary/database so when you wake up you know what you are going to eat that day and stick to it!! If you want to eat more then fine do exercise and think the more exercise I do the more I can eat…

  • One other thing everyone is on different timezones and people write new forums every minute so your topic can get lost quite easily! I wouldn't take offence no one responded to my first forum and many others don't get read either just bump it up if it is important! :)

  • Awww thank you anxiety and stress causes my episodes and I have been under a lot of stress!! I just hate feeling so fat and then I wonder why I'm bothering!! I will try the hot water and capsules see if that helps I have tried so many things and nothing touches it even the doctor lost the will to live with it!! Happy days…

  • Good luck hope you achieve your goal(s)!! I have been using this for a week and lost 2lbs in my first week so i'm on target!! It is really good just make sure you log everything food and exercise so you get a true picture of what you are doing!! Let us know how you are getting on.
  • I love a drink too but what I tend to do now is limit my alcohol to the weekends and then list it on my diary and only drink what i have quota'd for. With lots of exercise you can get the calories for drink too!! ;)))
  • Hi I plan my meals for one day the night before so I can easily spread all my cals throughout the day and ensure I'm not eating too much fat or carbs etc. Then on the day I follow it and edit it if anything changes then submit my diary at the end of the day. Good luck to you xx
